By accessing or using AccountReady, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of the service

AccountReady is intended for lawful business use by sales professionals. You agree not to use the service to generate false, misleading, or defamatory content about any company or individual.

Generated content

Account plans are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating generated content before relying on it for business decisions.

Credits and billing

Free accounts include 1 account plan credit. Additional credits are available as one-time purchases — no subscription required. Credits never expire. Each plan includes one free regeneration within 30 days of creation.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the input data you provide. AccountReady retains rights to the platform, UI, and underlying technology. Generated plan content is provided to you for your business use.

Limitation of liability

AccountReady is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
